What is Barre?
Barre is a 55 minute high energy, dynamic, energizing, targeted fitness workout that integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training movements choreographed to motivating music using the ballet barre, light hand weights, resistance bands and mini balls to sculpt, slim and stretch the entire body.

WHO can do Barre?
Barre workouts are not recommended for everyone. Barre classes are specifically designed for those who are already active and not struggling with any physical limitations. People with good body awareness and experience with movement are most appropriate for this class.

WHY should I do Barre?
Barre helps you:
